5. Training and Learning Approaches

When Training materials, course interactions, and course content are delivered via technology, which is known as E-Learning and E-Training. According to a recent poll, firms spent more than 40.4 billion on E-Learning initiatives. This figure was nearly doubled prior to 2004 (BasuMallick, 2021). Because of the pandemic crisis, most businesses and teachers have shifted to online training and instruction. As a result, HR experts must organize those sessions through negotiation with the trainees. This E-Training technique is frequently used in technology-related industries.

HRM was able to save roughly 40-50 percent on training costs because of these e-learning methods. Employees can also save time by using E-Learning Approaches since it reduces travel time and other lead periods. Additionally, this strategy allows employees to maintain a work/life balance (Jesse, 2021). Employees must travel overseas for some training sessions. Because of this method, the organization may save money and minimize lead times.

In addition, a cloud-based HRIM system may track an employee's progress through training programs through online exam activities (metrices, 2021). A Learning Management System (LMS) may also be used to manage, track, and evaluate training activities. Employees of the organization may sign up for modules using this LMS technique, and their progress can be tracked using the system. Also Learning Content System (LCS) can be use to manage the course contents through the online. Because lot of new generation employees are working in many organizations, a lot of Web 2.0 applications can be useful to deal with them and communicate with them.
