Ya if the organization uses it to handle the payroll system it's easy to manage the wages. In addition to that, it will be the most helpful for audit activities. but the system working with the software some of the practical issues can't manage with it. an example of some kind of situation we should continue the employment due to absent person. Sometimes the system does not allow that. we should amend it manually or if not we should get help from the programmer. it will be making additional cost.

ReplyDeleteUsing the digital system is much more easier than handling physical currency for wages payment. Only thing you need is having a bank account. So with in in very few moment you can direct your payments to employees account.
Actually it depend on the size of the companies. Not only direct payment to bank account, it can be credit card top up, mobile cash payment, issue cheque. For temporary base workers pay cash will be more easier and time saving method.
