The use of data base systems
(Cloud technologies), social media, analytical software, and mobile
applications to replace the traditional paper-based system, data
centralization, and assessing processes and services may be defined as
digitalization of Human Resource Management (HRM). Simply put, this term refers
to the transition from paper documents to digital screens
Companies can increase their working efficiency and ease of access to
information because of technological advancement. Searching time is much
reduced because of this new technical advancement. This technical advancement
allows for easy monitoring of staff involvement and activity
Most businesses are still hesitant to
adopt this technology advancement, but most prominent businesses are already
doing so to make the HRM process more efficient and transparent. The
cloud-based system is a critical component of the contemporary industry. Some
of the most important tools include cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM)
systems and talent management solutions
